Elaine has been in the digital advertising industry for more than 9 years and started her career in the online gaming sector helping American companies establish their presence in Europe.
As a regular seller on eBay, Eileen was excited to join the Promoter Lists team when the opportunity arose. Her focus is on launching new promotional listings products across Europe and working on product improvements that will help sellers of any size grow their eBay business.
Irene K – Senior Manager, Shipping & Logistics
With 20 years of experience across the e-commerce supply chain and logistics, Erin has been with the eBay shipping team since 2014. She has worked extensively on major programs such as Click and Collect, Global Shipping and Tracking Services. Working through the big challenges of her time at eBay, including Brexit and COVID-19, Irene’s consistent priority has been to enable market sellers to make their inventory available to more buyers globally.

As Head of UK Seller Success at eBay, Rufus Bazley is responsible for the endorsement of promotional listings by the brand, SMEs and entrepreneurs and their success in driving increased sales, brand visibility and demonstrating the value that eBay brings to sellers.
Prior to joining eBay earlier this year, Rufus worked for a number of companies ranging from affiliate networks, advertising agencies, and tour operators, but more recently at Dynamis, the company that owns and operates BusinessesForSale.com where he was responsible for leading SEO, SEM, display and replay. Targeting, email, CRM, content and brand teams.
Håkan Thyr – Head of Revenue
Håkan Thyr is the Director of Revenue at Fruugo. He is responsible for accelerating the growth of the Fruugo market by helping more brands and retailers expand internationally without risk and with minimal effort. Håkan is an e-commerce expert who launched his first e-commerce site in 1999 and has been in the e-commerce business most of the time ever since. Prior to joining Fruugo, he held positions as Partnerships Manager at ChannelAdvisor, COO at Firmstep and Partnerships Manager at Bazaarvoice. Hakan holds a Master of Science from Chalmers University.

Zarina Kanji has led the development of the Tmall Health, Food and Beverage business at Alibaba UK & Nordics since September 2018. Zarina is responsible for helping brands enter the Chinese market and build their businesses by connecting to more than 650 million consumers annually on Alibaba platforms. She resides in London. Prior to joining Alibaba, Zarina was the Regional Head of Fashion and Sports Brand Partnerships at Lazada Group, the leading e-commerce company in Southeast Asia that the Alibaba Group acquired in 2016. She spent the first 10 years of her career as a buyer for House of Fraser Ralph Lauren and Jaeger specializes in luxury womenswear and children’s wear in Europe and the Middle East
David Lloyd – General Manager, United Kingdom, Nordic Countries and Netherlands
David Lloyd was appointed General Manager of the Alibaba Group in the UK, Netherlands and Nordic countries in 2019, having previously held the position of Managing Director from July 2017, joining in October 2016 as Business Development Manager. He is responsible for all business units in the three markets; However, his primary responsibility is to help companies across the UK, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries understand and seize the opportunity that lies waiting for foreign brands in China.
